What is Friendever?

Friendever is a family platform that helps children build emotional intelligence while preserving the moments and memories that shape our lives.

Through guided lessons, music, stories, affirmations, and parent-child experiences, Friendever helps families grow emotionally stronger together while creating a lasting home for the memories that matter most.

Who is this app designed for?

Friendever is rated for users ages 13 and older. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use the app alongside their children as active participants in the learning experience. The content is family-friendly, positive, and focused on emotional intelligence, family connection, and meaningful life experiences.

Is the Friendever app free to use?

Yes — Friendever is currently free to download and use. No credit card or payment information is required to create an account or access content during this phase.

What devices and platforms is Friendever available on?

Friendever is available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). Download the app on any compatible iPhone, iPad, or Android device and sign in to access your account across devices.

What kind of content does the app include?

The Friendever app includes guided emotional intelligence lessons, animated character videos, music designed to reinforce emotional skills, daily affirmations, parent deep-dive guides, gratitude tools, and family practice activities designed to help children and parents grow together.

Families can also upload and preserve their most meaningful parenting moments, childhood memories, photos, and videos inside the Friendever Memory Vault — creating a lasting home for the experiences and stories that shape their lives.

Content is organized into simple weekly experiences designed to make emotional growth, family connection, and memory preservation part of everyday life.

What is the Memory Vault and how does it work?

The Memory Vault is a private space within your Friendever account where you can upload photos and videos of your family's moments and milestones. It's designed to help families capture and preserve memories alongside their emotional growth journey in the app.

All Memory Vault content is 100% private to your account. Your photos and videos are never shared with other users, visible to the public, or used for any purpose outside of your personal account. Only you can access your Memory Vault.

If you delete your account, all Memory Vault content associated with your account is permanently deleted as well. For questions about your stored content, contact us at support@friendever.com.

How do I create an account?

Download the Friendever app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the on-screen prompts to create your account. You'll need a valid email address to register. Account creation is free and only takes a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from within the app at any time:

1. Open the Friendever app and go to your Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. A confirmation link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
4. Follow the link in that email to permanently complete the deletion.

Once deleted, your account and associated data cannot be recovered. If you experience any difficulty, email us at support@friendever.com and we'll assist you directly.

What personal information does Friendever collect?

Friendever collects the minimum information necessary to operate the app — primarily your email address and account activity such as lesson progress and streak data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take data security seriously. Friendever uses industry-standard security practices to protect your information. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

What should I do if I experience a technical issue?

First, try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If the issue persists, email support@friendever.com with a brief description of the problem, the device you're using, and your operating system version. Screenshots are always helpful.

We'll diagnose and respond to every support request as quickly as possible.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link by email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

How long does it take to get a response from support?

We aim to respond to all support emails within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods it may take slightly longer, but we read and respond to every message.
